01. What is Stark Payments?

Stark Payments is a hosted technology platform which can be completely white labelled for our partners. This means, you can provide online payment processing solutions to your clients.

Our white label online payments technology meets the highest security standards, and that means you brand will also carry this same level of security.

02. How does it work?

It’s really quite simple;

  1. Sign up as a partner
  2. We will set you up with our secure technology in your brand (no mention of Stark Payments) and offer you huge discounted transaction rates
  3. You then up-sell internet payment processing services to your clients
  4. We’ll support your growth with our scaleable technology
03. Who is it designed for?

We are completely partner focused and our technology is designed for ecommerce & app developers, CMS platforms, banking institutes and the next generation of FinTech entrepreneurs.

04. What does white label mean?

White label refers to the concept of using our technology and marketing it as your own. All documentation, plugins, integrations and code will have no mention of Stark Payments, instead it will mention your business brand.

05. Is there a limit to how many clients I can have under my brand?

Absolutely not. Our technology is 100% scaleable and is designed for growth.

06. Will my clients require a merchant account before using Stark Payments?

Yes. Any business that wishes to accept secure payments online will require a merchant account. If your client does not have a merchant account, not to worry. Our all-in-one payment solution is one of the most competitive on the market and we can assist with the set up of a merchant account.

07. I currently integrate PayPal for my clients, how will this affect their existing integration?

We love PayPal. In fact, we are huge fans. That’s why with Stark Payments, not only will you be able integrate PayPal but we also give you a huge stack of other online payment processing capabilities such as digital wallets including, ApplePay, AndroidPay and MasterPass.

08. How much does it all cost?

As a partner focused company, our pricing is determined by the relationship we have with our partners. However, here’s a typical investment that our partners have made:

Set up: £7,500 – One off investment
Monthly Support: £500 – No matter how many merchants you have
Wholesale Transaction Fees: 10-12p per transaction

09. Do you work directly with merchants?

No. We are partner focused and we feel that we would be in direct competition with our partners if we were working with merchants. Therefore, we only work with tech companies, developers (including freelancers), software providers and financial institutes.

10. Are there any fixed term contracts?

As a technology provider, we do not have any fixed term contracts. It’s simply a ‘pay-as-you-go’ style service on a rolling monthly basis.
